Liquid Yeasts can be SPECIAL ORDERED from November to March, however, they cannot be shipped with a guarantee due to the fluctuating temperatures Texas has. Complimentary ice packs are shipped with all liquid yeasts. It is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.*
